In 2003, Kim entered the world of Pilates after completing 1500 hours of formal training. After teaching at several private studios, health clubs, Kim added private practice experience. As her clients’ needs evolved, she pursued training and certifications in other modalities including Yoga I and II, TRX, and MELT (hand and feet and other). These techniques, blended together, have helped Kim address clients’ needs. Kim heard about Club Pilates’ well planned integrated approach and she was drawn to learn more. Kim was impressed and signed on as soon as possible. Kim is excited and challenged to combine all her favorite barefoot workouts in one space. Combining the pieces of equipment and the reformer will be so fun. Kim loves being creative but always keeping clients safe, anatomically correct and finding your Pilates’ body. In Kim's free time, she teaches Pilates, Yoga and other exercise techniques at resorts across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America.

Lori is a Certified BASI Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach. She believes that achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key to reaching personal and professional goals and that balance and strength in all muscle groups is essential to prevent injury and to perform with confidence. Lori is very passionate about teaching Pilates and educating people about their bodies. She teaches with compassion and with intellect. She brings a smile and positive energy to every session and class. She strives to offer each client an enjoyable experience. Her style of training incorporates Pilates as a foundation to building core stabilization, balance, posture, and mobility; then progressing it with other functional exercises that continuously challenge strength, endurance, control, and coordination. Nutrition and health coaching is also a huge part of the equation. Lori has a BS in Business Administration.
